Shipping faqs
Where do you ship to? We now offer international delivery. In the UK you have the option of choosing 1st class post, 2nd class post, or next day delivery. Outside the UK is by Royal Air Mail.
Can I view your prices in my local currency?
The prices quoted on our site are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), and this is the currency in which you will be charged.
However, we have a selection of currencies that you can choose from for comparison - please click one of the options to the left.
(Please note that this is for information only - the transaction will be completed in GBP and
converted by your bank at their prevailing exchange rate, also please remember that your card issuer may or may not
levy currency conversion charges, that is an issue between you and your card provider.)
Will I have to pay any Customs charges in my country ?
Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside
the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over
these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Returning goods on which duty has been paid.
If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us,
it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority.
To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting)
when claiming your refund.
