Returns

If for any reason you wish to return all or part of your order then we are happy to give you a refund if the returned goods are un-used, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the safe return of the goods including carriage costs (but see below). Please always obtain proof of postage from the post office.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to make a full refund including delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period.
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

• where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item delivery charge incurred and the cost of the item.
• where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund the full amount you were charged including delivery

Delivery

We would hope to dispatch your order within 1 to 5 days. Unfortunately things will go out of stock from time to time. In the event that happens we will let you know when we expect the new stock to arrive and you can let us know if you still want to proceed.
Delivery charges are calculated by weight. In the UK anything up to 1kg we send by 1st class post and beyond that by parcel post. Deliveries to the Europe and beyond are sent by Air mail.

Problems

If items are not appearing in your shopping basket, it will be because your browser has javascript disabled and/or it has been set not to accept cookies. We use javascript to make the site as responsive as possible, and a cookie to uniquely identify your shopping basket. Our cookie (a small text file stored in your browser cache) is what is known as a session cookie, and lasts only as long as your browser is open, and contains only one thing - a long number, which identifies your shopping basket. That is all it contains and all it does.
